ALL APPOINTMENTS REQUIRE A CARD ON FILE TO RESERVE APPOINTMENT DATE & TIME.

THIS CARD WILL ONLY BE USED UPON THE COMPLETION OF SERVICES OR IN THE EVENT OF LATE CANCELLATION, LATE ARRIVALS, OR NO SHOWS.

IF YOU CANCEL WITHIN 24 HOURS OF YOUR APPOINTMENT, YOU WILL BE CHARGED 50% OF THE ORIGINAL SERVICE PRICE. IF YOU CANCEL LESS THAN 12 HOURS FROM YOUR SCHEDULED SERVICE TIME OR NO SHOW, YOU WILL BE CHARGED 100% OF THE SERVICE.

Late arrival policy

IF YOU ARE RUNNING LATE, PLEASE CALL IMMEDIATELY SO THAT WE CAN DISCUSS YOUR OPTIONS. WHEN GUESTS ARE MORE THAN 10 MINUTES LATE, ALL BODIES COLLECTIVE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SHORTEN OR CANCEL YOUR SERVICES. FULL SERVICE FEES MAY APPLY.
